Wooden Candle Holders

drawing my inspiration from pinterest, I decide to try and make my own pillar candle stick holders.
3 pieces of 4x4 scrap wood i had laying around, a stencil of a primitive star cut out of pallet scraps, and mason jar lids painted with textured spray paint, with some crafty touches. I was able to make this for about 8.00
this was my inspiration from pinterest, with a retail cost of 89.00 from esty.
Enjoyed the project?

Mark the center of the 4X4 and the lid of the mason jar . Place the lid in the ring then drill a hole and put a screw thru the lid into the wood. A trim screw would probably work best because they seat with a slight depression. You could also glue the outer ring and lid to the wood. It is best to have the lid on both applications to catch any wax drippings
