DIY Fabric Ruler Organizer

I made a fabric ruler organizer for my craft room. So glad I am no longer searching high and low for them or tripping over them as they now have their proper place.
I laid out my rulers to figure out how large I needed to make the organizer overall, as well as how deep to make the pockets.
I then gathered my fabrics: canvas for the background, napkins I found at Target for the pockets (they're thick, like home decor fabric), and a thrifted vintage sheet for the backing and the pocket linings. Plus, I needed medium-weight interfacing to add extra stiffness.

I would love to make this but cant seem to find all of the tutorial ...I only see first three photos...and the last text is abut medium weight interfacing...
