Dollar Tree 4th of July Decor

I used a package of cupcake liners and toppers from the Dollar Tree to create our simple 4th of July display. By cutting down the liners I was able to make pinwheels. I cut the stems off of the flag picks to make a mini flag banner. I even used up the scraps to make mini pinwheels! I added a coffee filter wreath to make it have a little bit more of a vintage feel.
