How to Plant a Rusty Wheelbarrow for the Garden

How many people had passed this up after using it for target practice, I wonder? No Flea Market Gardener, I'm sure! I know some here on our page who wouldn't be above wheeling it away, running...would you?
The holy grail for a Flea Market Gardener! Oh, my! Isn't it great?
All ready to plant...I used landscape fabic to line the barrow,...too many bullet holes in this one. ;-)
In July, it's looking good, I think!

I want to do this! I clicked on the article and there is no "how to". Am I missing something?

I planted in an old wheelbarrow that I found at a garage sale for $1 every year for 25 years until it rusted out. i found another one for free by the side of the road that was identical to the old one and a friend gave me another one!
