what are the amounts of each item to use?

Mixed some up and soaked cotton balls with mixture. Ants wouldn't go near the stuff-I think they heard through the grape vine it was bad...anyway I decided to take a pinch off a slice on cinnamon bread and soaked that up with mixture-magnet! Little buggers went for it-day 2 and only a couple of strays found wandering to the bread....I think it worked!! Yahoo!
