My kitchen and working with what you have
by

Our home budget had room for just one renovation and after deciding to finish the basement we were left with a older kitchen. I decided to work with what I have and made some minor changes to make my kitchen work for me. Lighting was added, a cabinet or two was repurposed and some storage was added. Then accessories were added and it all came together! For more of what changes I made visit http://www.no29design.com/2013/04/house-tour-kitchen.html

Mrs P on Sep 12, 2016Looks nice and clean., but a little empty., Huge kitchen like this., I would move table out from wall make a bench seat., you could do it with a mirror and shelf, couple plants and maybe hooks for a coat., that you could do out of pallets which are free., paint them or natural stain would be beautiful. And or an island., i would put a pretty table cloth on table or place matts., over window sill, I would put a 1x4 shelf for plants and that other wall look for a goodwill hutch to redo., here you can find hutches under 65.00., it looks nice just thought if needed a little more warmth., couple suggestions that's all., not meant in a bad way. Plants and table clothes always make it feel more cozy.
